All employees are exclusively screened and regularly evaluated by our Sri Lankan partner, Content Management and Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, Colombo. CMS offers experienced technical resources from the vast local talent pool in Sri Lanka. The average employee retention of the engineers at CMS is 5 years.
